A company is looking for a Delegation Support Manager I (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Provide support for client delegation and regulatory compliance audits
Lead audits and facilitate internal and external meetings
Maintain documentation of client interactions and ensure high levels of service


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience in health care administration or managed care operations preferred
Proven customer service skills
Experience in project management and meeting facilitation
