Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Representative to manage
accounts receivable and invoicing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process client invoices and ensure accuracy and timely
processing
Assist with discrepancies on invoices and respond to customer
inquiries
Follow up with delinquent accounts and manage collection
efforts
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of related AR/AP experience
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with accounting software programs (Netsuite
preferred)
Degree in Accounting preferred
