Audit Director - TreasuryLocation: NYCCompensation: 200-250k baseI am currently working with a Top Global Bank to grow out their Audit team by bringing on a Director that will cover Treasury, Finance, and Capital Markets. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience and strong SME in the areas listed above, as well as strong people management skills.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team and leading the planning, execution and oversight of the annual audit plan and driving quality of audit work for the Finance/Treasury Audit team. The bank has grown over the last year in total asset size, so this will be a key hire as the regulatory scope changes.Responsibilities:

• Manage audit engagements related to treasury, finance, and capital markets
• Review the results of risk assessments and ensure that they are compliant with regulatory requirements
• Communicate audit findings with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop plans to mitigate and prevent risks Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in internal audit, primarily covering a function such as treasury or capital markets
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Capital Planning (CCAR), Interest Rate Risk
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another related field
