About the Role The Company is seeking a Deputy General Counsel for
Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for representing the company in all corporate and
project finance deals, including the structuring, negotiation, and
closure of a variety of equity, debt, and structured finance
transactions. This role requires a legal professional with a
minimum of 10-15 years' experience in project finance, tax equity
finance, and debt finance, particularly in the context of complex
and innovative finance transactions. Experience in the renewable
energy industry is essential, and a background in tax equity
structuring is a plus. The Deputy General Counsel will work closely
with the Chief Financial Officer and other senior executives, and
must demonstrate strong leadership, executive presence, and the
ability to inspire confidence both internally and
externally.Applicants for the Deputy General Counsel position at
the company should have a J.D. and be an active member in good
standing of at least one U.S. Bar. The role demands a candidate
with a proven track record in structuring and closing finance
transactions, as well as the ability to provide strategic legal
advice in a business context. The ideal candidate will have a
background at a top nationally ranked law firm or in-house with a
developer, sponsor, or owner-operator of solar facilities. Strong
commercial acumen, excellent legal and business judgment, and the
ability to work effectively with both internal and external
