Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voice Engineer to manage and
implement enterprise voice solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, engineer, implement, and manage enterprise voice solutions
with high reliability
Create and maintain technical documents and standard operating
procedures for efficient service delivery
Provide strategic technical direction and oversee the integration
of voice solutions with networking infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with Mitel platform and network
implementations
Experience in managing voice and data circuit installations
Proficient in voice protocols and codecs such as SIP, MGCP, and
g711
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
Familiarity with monitoring tools and setup
