Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, CRM Administration to
oversee Salesforce administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Salesforce, including administration,
implementation, and maintenance
Lead a team of Salesforce administrators to design and deliver
configurable solutions
Monitor CRM team projects to ensure alignment with business needs
and timely completion
Required Qualifications
8+ years of leadership experience in Salesforce administration and
team management
Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, preferably
with 500+ end-users
Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile
development practices
Strong project management skills and knowledge of software
deployment methodologies
Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
preferred
