• Review of credit agreements as well as other various purchase documents for the creation of new securities (including but not limited to Bank Loans, Bonds, MBS/RMBS, Equities, Forwards, Options)
• Reference data creation and maintenance in the firms Reference Master system
• Trade booking for all new investment activity for the private credit business
• Investigate & resolve any attribute discrepancies that may arise between data vendors and internal systems
• Act as a point of contact for post-closing related questions from managed accounts, fund administrators, and operations.Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of bank loan or bank debt operations experience
  • Experience using OMS, Bloomberg, or FIS a plus
