Immediate opening for Customer Service/Operations Manager familiar with import operations.
Remote position based in New York/New Jersey

Professional experience:

Minimum 5 years management experience in import operations.
Proven track record of leading an operations team.
Familiar with day to day operations
Documentation handling
Dealing with shipping lines, trucking companies and warehouses
Ability to work in high pressure environment
Customer driven
Technologically savvy
Only candidates with prior experience having worked for a freight forwarder need apply.
Professional attitude
Only candidates with experience in handling imports in the freight forwarding industry need apply.
