Salary: $64,400-$66,500 annuallyShift: Mon 12pm-8pm, Tues 3pm-11pm, Wed 12pm-8pm, Thurs 7am-3pm, Fri 9am-5pm (varied schedule)Location: Yonkers/RiverdaleThe Residence Manager will provide supervision and oversight in their residential program(s) for adults with Autism. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: facilitate the planning, development, and implementation of person-centered plans; develop individuals' goals and outcomes with people supported; coordinate and participate in individual plan meetings; ensure the timely completion of summaries for monthly, semi-annual, and annual reviews; ensure each resident's electronic healthcare record is updated and accurate.The manager will provide ongoing support and training to all program staff and ensure that both coverage and compliance meet all regulatory needs and standards.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience working with OPWDD regulations and policies.
• Maintenance of necessary certifications as per OPWDD and Agency Regulations.
• The ability to lead others, exercise good judgment, understand and follow written and oral instructions, and express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable with daily use of technology.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License within Agency Standards.
• Demonstrated competency in written, verbal, and computational skills to document records in accordance with program and OPWDD mandates.
• Successful completion of criminal background history and fingerprint examination.Benefits:
