A company is looking for a Physical Therapist - Home Health
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Implement and deliver physical therapy care plans in home
settings
Assist patients in recovering mobility and function through
one-on-one therapeutic care
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive
patient care
Required Qualifications
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Experience in home health care is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
