A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Data Analyst
to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends and
anomalies affecting revenue and outcomes
Create engaging reports and dashboards while collaborating with
analysts and business leaders
Maintain an understanding of data visibility needs and present
findings to leadership
Required Qualifications
6+ years in technical business or customer analytics roles within
SaaS or technology organizations
Expertise in querying and visualizing large datasets using data
visualization tools
Experience with customer success software like Totango
Demonstrated history of building production-grade data models for
dashboards
BA/BS or equivalent technical certification, preferably in a
quantitative discipline
