Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage
client onboarding and ensure satisfaction with their wealth
management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex projects for client onboarding to the Black Diamond
Wealth Platform
Collaborate with onboarding teams and configure tools for financial
advisors
Design and deliver training to clients on the wealth platform while
managing multiple projects concurrently
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of client-facing experience in Software, Financial
Services, or Financial Technology
Experience in Project Management
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Bachelor's Degree
A blend of investment management and technical experience
