Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Analyst to monitor and
troubleshoot enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise
systems
Monitor network, system, and application performance, availability,
and capacity
Provide direct support for system issues, outages, and
interruptions
Required Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
field; or equivalent experience
Experience with Windows and Linux system administration
Familiarity with SolarWinds Orion or equivalent monitoring
platforms
Familiarity with Cisco, CheckPoint, and other enterprise network
and firewall platforms
Familiarity with ticketing/request management software, such as
Remedy or ServiceNow
