Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential markets for expansion
Determine ideal contract structures based on risk and trader interaction
Craft compelling market descriptions and collaborate on product enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
Proven experience in market structuring, trading, or related roles
Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives
Interest in Prediction Markets is a plus
Intuition for identifying risk and opportunity in macro and global trends
