SAP Change Management Consultant Corporate Function Program Management OfficeFull-TimeSpringfield, MA or Boston, MAThe OpportunityAs the Change Management Consultant you will be responsible to lead the planning and execution of the change management plan for one of the largest and most transformative programs at MassMutual. This is a multi-year plan to replace our existing SAP R3 platform with the SAP S/4HANA platform that will provide a modern event based financial system solution for Corporate Finance, enabling a more streamlined financial reporting process that leverages enhanced reporting and data analytics functionality.You will take a lead role in developing and implementing the change management plan focused on stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching and training, along with resistance management leveraging ADKAR methodologies to prepare, equip, and support employees for change.--- This Change Management Consultant will be part of the Change Management Team within the Corporate Functions Program Management Office, and report to the Change Management Director. If you have organizational change management experience and have previously led SAP implementations this may be a great opportunity for you!The TeamThe CFPMO oversees the execution of projects across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as defines and owns project management standards across the company. We're also striving to create an authentic environment where people are inspired, encouraged, and motivated to succeed together.---The ImpactAs a CFPMO SAP Change Management Consultant, you will:

• Work with a high degree of autonomy to develop and execute the change management (CM) plan for this program; work closely with program leadership to ensure alignment on change management approach, advising on CM standards based on project complexity, and monitoring overall delivery of CM plan in alignment with project timeline and budget
• Lead change risk assessments and organizational impact reviews
• Conduct both stakeholder and business impact assessments; tailor change management plans (including training and coaching plans) to accommodate the needs of the various impacted stakeholder groups
• Define and measure change success metrics for this program
• Create and implement engagement and communications strategies to ensure all employees are fully aware of impending changes
• Oversee training needs assessment and development of training plan that addresses each stakeholder groups' needs and ensures all employees have the knowledge of the future state process, tool, item or practice
• Monitor the progress of change management needs across the program, track and report issues as part of project status updates
• Evaluate business readiness; monitor path to green items and lead business GO - No-Go sessions
• Partner with project manager to facilitate lessons learned and action as needed
• Advise and coach the program team, along with business stakeholders or people managers on change management concepts, practices, and procedures
• Identify and provide leadership for change advocates within the stakeholder community by involving trusted informal leaders to create employee understanding and influence successful change
• Regularly review the stakeholder community to assess potential change fatigue
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across this program to become a trusted partner
• Drives continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibilityThe Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience developing and executing change management plans
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and expertiseThe Ideal Qualifications
    • 10+ years in a change management role
    • Experience with leading change planning for an SAP S/4 Hana implementation or upgrade and/or exposure to Finance transformation
    • Certified in Prosci's change Management program (or equivalent), expertise in change management principles and practices
    • Active prior involvement in conducting training needs assessments, and overseeing the design and deployment of training to support change adoption
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies--- (Agile/Waterfall)
    • Previous experience working within a program management or transformation office
    • Proficient experience with Project Management tools including but not limited to: MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Smartsheet, and Jira.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
